Delivery and Returns
The seller delivers all the orders you place until 15:00 on weekdays within 3 working days. This situation may change according to the information written in the product shipping case.
You can receive your order from the courier against signature by presenting a picture ID. If you are not present at the address you specified at the time of delivery, your order will be delivered to the person(s) at the delivery address after the picture ID is checked and signed.
In extraordinary situations such as strikes, lockouts, natural disasters, uprisings, public movements, nuclear risk and danger, war, invasion, revolution, civil war, sabotage and fire situations and arising from the buyer (not being at the address, lack of an authority to take delivery, the buyer has moved from the address, etc.) delivery time and conditions may vary.
After your order is confirmed, it will be delivered to the address between 3 and 7 working days.
Dakareklam.com protects consumer rights and prioritizes after-sales customer satisfaction. Any dissatisfaction, production and service-related problems you may experience with the products you purchase are meticulously evaluated and resolved as soon as possible.
You can find below the conditions necessary for us to serve you better and faster regarding product return; If any of these are missing, product returns are not accepted.

Before sending the product to us for the return process You must fill in the necessary parts of the return and exchange form on the back of the invoice.
In exchanges, which product is exchanged in the form of a note in your shipment for confirmation purposes. Please write whatever you want.
1. PRODUCT TO BE RETURNED
a- Returns of used or damaged products are not accepted.
b- The product to be returned must be delivered as received within 7 days, complete and undamaged with its standard accessories.
2. INVOICE OF THE PRODUCT TO BE RETURNED
a- For the return process, the invoice of the product must be sent.
b- If the invoice of the product you want to return is on behalf of the company, it must be sent with the invoice issued by the company when returning it. A return invoice must be issued.
ABOUT OTHER TERMS AND RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES
a- If the product / products you want to return are defective, if they are sent with our contracted cargo companies, the cargo fee is covered by our company.
b- In case the products delivered to our Quality Assurance department are delivered in accordance with the return conditions, the refund of the product amounts will be processed on the day the product reaches us. The time for the refund to be reflected in your account is at the discretion of your bank. Refunds to credit card 1-5 is reflected in the account during the day.
NS- If you do not like the product and want to change it, you can send the product to our address by paying the shipping fee. However, you can change it at any time in case the product is different from what you see for 10 days and / or in case of wrong order.
SENDING THE PRODUCT TO BE RETURNED
The product to be returned can only be received by the contracted cargo companies. Apart from this, the return and transportation costs of the products that are received by any cargo company will not be accepted.
General return conditions are as follows;
Returns must be made with the original box or packaging.
The return of products whose original box/packaging has been damaged (for example: products with a shipping label attached on the original box and taped with a cargo duct tape are not accepted), which have lost their resaleability feature and which cannot be purchased by another customer, are not accepted.
You must send a petition containing the original invoice (all copies you have) and the reason for the return, along with the product you want to return.
If the product / products you want to return are defective, the shipping fee is covered by our company. In this case, you have to send with contracted cargo. In other cases, the shipping fee is yours.
Dear customers, you can cancel your orders that you gave wrong or gave up. Sometimes e-mails are checked late due to the intensity. There is a possibility that the product has been shipped. If the product is not shipped in the cancellation process, the entire fee will be refunded by the method you performed the transaction. If the product has been shipped, the shipping fee or fees will be deducted and returned.
