REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

1. The Purpose of the Clarification Text and the Position of Our Company's Data Controller:
Our company, Daka Reklam Turizm İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (“Daka Reklam” and/or “Company”), has the title of “data controller” within the scope of Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”) in terms of personal data regarding customers. With this Clarification Text, it is aimed to enlighten the customers about the personal data processing activities carried out by Daka Reklam in accordance with the said Law.
2. Purpose of Processing Personal Data of Customers:
Personal data belonging to customers, business units to make necessary efforts to benefit from the products and services offered by Daka Reklam, and execution of relevant business processes, necessary work to be carried out by relevant business units for the realization of commercial activities carried out by Daka Reklam, and execution of related business processes, The planning and execution of commercial and/or business strategies of Daka Reklam, the provision of legal, technical and commercial job security of Daka Reklam and those who have a business relationship with Daka Reklam, as specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law. Personal data is processed within the framework of processing conditions and purposes. Detailed information on the processing of personal data can be accessed by Daka Reklam from the Policy on the Processing and Protection of Personal Data under Law No. 6698.
3. Personal Data to be Processed in accordance with the Explicit Consent of Customers and Purposes of Processing:
The personal data to be processed in line with the express consent and the processing purposes are specified in the Consent Text.
4. Transfer of Personal Data of Customers:
Personal data belonging to customers, business units to make necessary efforts to benefit from the products and services offered by Daka Reklam, and execution of relevant business processes, necessary work to be carried out by relevant business units for the realization of commercial activities carried out by Daka Reklam, and execution of related business processes, Including the planning and execution of Daka Reklam's commercial and/or business strategies, planning and execution of activities necessary for the legal, technical and commercial job security of Daka Reklam and the persons involved in business relations with Daka Reklam. 5. Collection Method and Legal Reason of Personal Data:
Personal data is collected electronically from customers. Personal data collected for the above-mentioned legal reasons can be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law and in this Clarification Text and in cases where express consent is required, in the Consent Text.
6. Rights of Customers as Personal Data Owners:
Data owners pursuant to Article 11 of the Law; (i) to learn whether personal data about them is processed, (ii) to request information if personal data has been processed, (iii) to learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with its purpose, (iv) to which personal data is transferred in the country or abroad. knowing the third parties, (v) requesting the correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and requesting that the transaction made in this context be notified to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred, to request the deletion or destruction of personal data in case of withdrawal, and to notify the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred, (vii) to object to the emergence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems, and (viii) to receive personal data has the right to demand the compensation of the damage in case of loss due to unlawful processing of the data.
Requests regarding the exercise of the aforementioned rights can be submitted by the personal data owners by the methods specified in the Policy on the Processing and Protection of Personal Data within the scope of Law No. 6698. Daka Reklam will evaluate such requests and conclude them within 30 days. Daka Reklam reserves the right to charge a fee based on the fee schedule (if any) determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
TEXT OF CONSENT
Our company, Daka Reklam Turizm İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (“Daka Reklam” and/or “Company”), has the title of “data controller” within the scope of Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”) in terms of personal data regarding customers. With this Consent Text, it is aimed to obtain the express consent of the customers regarding the personal data processing activities carried out by Daka Reklam in accordance with the said Law.
In the following cases where the personal data processing conditions in Articles 5/2 and 6/3 of the Law cannot be met, the express consent of the customers is required for the processing of personal data by Daka Reklam. Regarding the processes that do not require explicit consent, data processing activities are carried out within the scope of the Clarification Text , and in the processes that require explicit consent, data is processed in accordance with the basic principles specified in the Clarification Text.
In this context, the personal data of customers are processed by Daka Reklam for the purposes specified under Section 3 – Article IV of the Policy on the Processing and Protection of Personal Data under Law No. 6698 and in accordance with the procedure herein. Accordingly, personal data; creating campaigns for customers, offering Daka Reklam customers special opportunities that they can use in Daka Reklam, cross-selling, determining the target audience, executing activities to increase the user experience by tracking customer movements, Daka Reklam's website and mobile application development and customization according to customer needs, direct and indirect marketing, personalized marketing and remarketing activities, personalized segmentation, targeting, analysis and in-company reporting activities, market research, planning and execution of customer satisfaction activities, Daka Reklam' Even for the purposes of recommending and promoting the products and services offered by the company according to the tastes, usage habits and needs of the relevant people, and planning and executing the customer relationship management processes. Within the scope of planning and execution of sales and marketing processes of Daka Reklam's products and/or services in general terms, planning and execution of the processes of creating and/or increasing loyalty to the products and/or services offered by Daka Reklam, in line with the approval of the Customer. and may be shared with the parties specified in the Clarification Text for these purposes.
